The volunteers

Aurélie Célérier is a doctor in Neurosciences, researcher in Behavioral Ecology and Lecturer in biology at the University of the Sciences of Montpelier II. For 3 years, within the framework of her research, she works on the animal communication. Fascinated for a long time by cetaceans, she left to the Azores to meet them for the first time in 2002, with Conscience dauphins.

Since this deeply moving meeting, she decided to participate in their conservation by an educational action. By sharing her scientific knowledge on cetaceans, their biology, their environment, their behavior, she wishes to make sensitive the public in the threats which weigh on them and in protective measures to be operated. ” Because better to know them will allow to protect them better “.
